Look, we get it - nobody actually reads these things. But we're not like those corporate places with pages of legal mumbo jumbo. Here's the straight talk on how we handle your info.

We'll never sell your data to third parties. Period. Your trust means more than a quick buck.
So here's the deal - we're a small shop in Vancouver that works on European imports. We're not some mega-corporation trying to mine your data or whatever. We just need certain info to fix your car, send you appointment reminders, and maybe let you know when it's time for that oil change you've been putting off.
This policy covers what we collect when you visit our site, book an appointment, or bring your ride in for work. We've tried to keep it real and skip the lawyer-speak where possible.
We don't actually store your credit card info on our servers - that's handled by our payment processor who's way better at that security stuff than we are. We only keep records of transactions like invoice numbers and dates.
Obviously the main reason - we need your info to actually work on your car, order parts, and keep track of what we've done.
Send you reminders, confirm bookings, let you know if we're running behind (hey, it happens).
Answer your questions, send invoices, maybe shoot you a reminder when it's been a while since your last service.
Figure out what's working and what isn't, see which services are popular, that kind of thing.
Since we specialize in European imports, we often need to dig pretty deep into your car's computer systems. Here's what that means for your privacy:
When we plug into your car's OBD port, we pull error codes, sensor readings, ECU data - the works. We keep this in our records so we can track issues over time and see patterns. Super helpful for troubleshooting weird problems.
If we've done any ECU tuning or performance mods on your ride, we keep copies of the original maps and our custom tunes. That way if something goes sideways, we can always flash it back to stock or a previous version.
We sometimes take pics of your car - damage before repairs, completed work, that kind of thing. These stay in your service file unless you specifically ask us to delete 'em. We might ask permission to use photos in our gallery or social media, but we'll always check with you first.
We're a small operation, but we take security seriously. Here's what we do:
Real talk though - no system is 100% hack-proof. We do our best, but if there's ever a breach, we'll let you know ASAP and work to fix it.
You've got options when it comes to your personal info. Here's what you can do:
Want to see what we've got on file? Just ask. We'll pull up your records and show you what's there.
Got the wrong phone number on file? Address changed? Let us know and we'll fix it.
Not coming back? We can delete your data, though we might need to keep some stuff for legal/tax reasons.
Don't want service reminders or promotional emails? No problem - there's an unsubscribe link in every email.
Need your service records for warranty claims or selling your car? We can export everything for you.
Want us to keep your data but not use it? We can put a hold on it while you figure things out.
Look, we know this stuff can be confusing. If you've got questions or want to exercise any of your rights, just reach out. We'll get back to you within a couple days.
